How to post your thoughts

Click on one of the topic headings "Remember When?", "Best Wishes", or "I'll Miss You". On the new page, click on the "New Topic" button. For Username - type in your name. Then put in a subject. Then type away! When you are done, click the "Send" button at the bottom. It will ask you to verify a five letter code - do this and hit send. Your post should now be online!

How to Post a Picture

Post a new topic, enter your name as the username and enter a subject. There are two sets of instructions, depending on if your photo is already online or if it is on your computer. IF YOUR PICTURE IS ALREADY ONLINE AND HAS ITS OWN URL FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:Just under the subject line, you will notice many boxes - to make things bold, change the color or font of the text, etc. Click on the "iinsert image" box and copy in the URL of your photo. Hit ok and you are all set. The photo won't appear until you submit your post by hitting send and put in the confirmation code.IF YOUR PICTURE IS NOT ALREADY ONLINE BUT IS ON YOUR COMPUTER, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:Just under the subject line, you will notice many boxes - to make things bold, change the color or font of the text, etc.Go to the one that says "host an image" when you hover your cursor over it (it looks like a photo with a disk in front of it). Click on this button. It will allow you to sign up for www.serving.com which will upload your picture to the internet and give you a url for it. Go through the signing up process, which only takes about two minutes. Then come back to the forum. When you are back, click on the "host an image" button again, sign in to serving.com, browse to your photo and click "Host it". Next to the "Image URL", click the "copy" button (or highlight the text and hit "ctrl + c". Then click "upload". Now, going back to the row of buttons under the subject line: click on the one that looks like a photo that says "insert image" when you hover over it. In the box that pops up, paste the text that you copied ("ctrl + v") and hit OK. It won't look like much, but when you hit send, type in the confirmation code, then click on View Your Message you will see your photo.
